La Passione Raw and Camou for Summer 2016

By 17th July 2016 No Comments

When it comes to big high-end brands we think of the traditional routes to distribution with middlemen, sponsors and stores but La Passione are breaking that idea by being the only involvement after the design and manufacturing process. This in turn has made it possible for them to put out beautifully made apparel at an extremely affordable price.

This summer sees the release of their new ‘Raw’ and ‘Camou’ collection, which sees high-end technical fabrics from Italy combined with a pro cut to allow a great Italian aero cut fit for greater comfort. One of the key features for me is the long sleeve as seen in the pro peloton as this means the traditional silicone grippers can be removed which in turn improves comfort whether racing at your local criterium or out on those long adventure rides.

The designs for these two collections are as always faultless in keeping with all of their previous collections. You have the Raw collection which comes in six simple colourways which can be perfectly matched with their classic bib shorts. With the Camou collection, they have gone for a matching jersey and bib short combo with a red, white and blue Camou, which I feel is very on point for this season. I have always been impressed with the products that La Passione have on offer and on first impressions they don’t seem to have faltered.
